Lemon garlic lobster tails sound absolutely mouthwatering! Here’s a recipe to make this delicious dish
Ingredients:
- 4 lobster tails
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Additional melted butter, for serving (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. With kitchen shears, carefully cut along the top of each lobster tail shell, starting from the open end and stopping at the tail, taking care not to cut through the bottom shell. Gently spread the shell open to reveal the meat while keeping it attached at the base.
3. Arrange the lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
4. In a small mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, melted butter, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well blended to create the lemon garlic butter sauce.
5. Distribute the lemon garlic butter sauce evenly over the exposed lobster meat, letting some of the sauce trickle into the shells.
6. Place the lobster tails in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat turns opaque and the shells are bright red.
7. Once done, remove the lobster tails from the oven and allow them to cool for a few moments.
8. Serve the lobster tails hot, garnished with lemon wedges. Provide additional melted butter on the side for dipping, if desired.
9. Relish the exquisite lemon garlic lobster tails as an elegant appetizer or main dish!
This dish pairs wonderfully with a side of rice, roasted vegetables, or a crisp green salad.
