This past Sunday, Jennifer Lopez celebrated Ben Affleck on Father’s Day. She took to her Instagram stories to honor her husband, sharing a photo of Affleck from his time filming Pearl Harbor. The image showed him in the pilot seat with the caption, “Our Hero. Happy Father’s Day.”
This gesture suggests that the couple might still have a chance despite the breakup rumors. Considering the speculation about their relationship, Lopez’s post was surprising to many.
Jennifer Lopez, 54, did not share the picture on her main Instagram feed. While she and Affleck do not have children together, they are step-parents to each other’s children from previous marriages.

Affleck has three children: Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel, whom he shares with ex-wife Jennifer Garner. Lopez has twins, Emme and Max, with her ex-husband, Marc Anthony.

Earlier this month, a source disclosed, “Jen and Ben have been living separate lives but have not officially separated yet. They are currently doing their own thing. They entered their relationship with high hopes but things haven’t changed.”
The source added, “Jen is looking for a new home and has been leaning on her mom, sisters, and kids during this transitional period,” referring to her sisters, Lynda and Leslie Ann, and her mother, Guadalupe Rodríguez.
